Sign Language I (CI)
Introduction to American Sign Language and Deaf Culture. Basic study of grammatical structure of ASL, as well as the history and folklore associated with the culture. Students have ample opportunities for laboratory practice of ASL. Course taught in a no-voice, total immersion atmosphere.
