Registration Options and Forms
Online Semester & Interactive Broadcast Courses:
- ACCESS:
You can register for Online Semester andInteractive Broadcast courses through ACCESS.Be sure to select the campus you will be taking the courses fromwhen searching for courses.
- Online Course Catalog:
You may also register using the Find a Course feature. Select the course you want (paying attention to thecampus or center you are selecting), add it to your cart, and proceed tothe checkout.
Independent Study Courses (CD-ROM & Online Yearlong):
- Online:
Register using the Find a Course feature.Select the course you want, add it to your cart, and proceed to thecheckout. Fill out the registration request form and submit it. You willreceive a confirmation email when your registration has been processed.
- Over the phone:
Call us at (435) 797-2134 or toll free at(800) 233-2137 to register over the phone.
- Fax:
Fax a registration form to (435) 797-3368 or to (800)303-0012. - In person:
Visit us on the Utah State University Logan campusin 2nd floor of the Taggart Student Center to speak with our registration staff (Distance Education Registration is now located with the main campus registration).
*Note: If your courses will be paid for by financial aid, or if you will be graduating within the next semester, you must complete a contract when you register stating you will complete the course within one semester (instead of 52 weeks).
