Rotations & Curriculum
The entire internship is 29 weeks long. Interns will need 1160 practice hours to graduate. Interns are required to have a minimum of 36-40 hours per week. At this time there is not a part-time option offered in this internship. The internship curriculum consists of a combination of "hands-on" training and didactic Internet courses.

- Orientation (1 wk)
- Foodservice Systems Management (11 wks)
- Clinical Nutrition (13 wks)
- Community Nutrition (6 wks)
- Online Coursework
