Pre-Select Application

Pre-Select Application Procedure (Available to USU Didactic Students only)

The pre-selection application is only available to USU didactic students. Applicants apply and are selected prior to the computer-matching application. The next pre-selection application process will take place in December 2009. There is only one application time for all start dates (June 2010, August 2010, and January 2011). The program has 6 Utah intern positions to fill throughout the Wasatch Front and Distance intern positions (no set number) in the Pre-Select Application. Tenative start date and location options that may be available include:

June Start
- Logan/Ogden/Davis County (1 position)
- Ogden/Logan (1 position)
August Start
- Ogden/Davis County (1-2 positions)
- SLC and South SLC (1-2 positions)
- Utah County/SLC (1-2 positions)
January Start
- Logan/Davis County (1 position)
- Ogden (1 position)
- SLC Only (1 position)
*Note not all of these are possible at one time; total there are ~ 6 spots guaranteed for pre-select application.

Please note that if preselected, you are NOT eligible to participate in the computer matching process for the April 2010 match. The DI program director will provide the name and social security number of all students preselected for the 2010-2011 internship year to D&D Digital Systems, Inc via email by February 1, 2010 to ensure that they do not participate in the computer match.
